What You'll Need

• 4 cups Taylor Farms Iceberg & Romaine Blend
• 1 small red onion, sliced
• 10 ounce frozen peas, thawed
• 2 cups bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 small tomatoes, chopped

How to Make It

In a large glass bowl add the Iceberg & Romaine Blend and top with a layer of red onion, peas, bacon and mushrooms. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, sugar and Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Top with tomatoes before serving.
