Heating Instructions: 

Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Remove the plastic cover, place on baking sheet and tent the tray loosely with aluminum foil
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Remove the foil and bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is browned, the peppers are soft and an instant reading thermometer inserted into the center of the filling registers 160°F
  • Cook times may vary, serve hot.

Microwave (1000 watts):

  • Transfer peppers to a microwavable dish
  • Microwave for 4.5-5 minutes per pepper, until the cheese is bubbly, the peppers are soft and an instant reading themometer inserted into the center of the pepper filling registers 160°F
