Made with traditional lamb and beef gyro served on soft pita bread, this all-in-one kit is a quick solution when you don't have much time to cook. Top it with the included tzatziki sauce and feta cheese for a original favorite, or add our fire feta sauce for a touch of heat.

Heating Instructions

Stovetop (Recommended):

1. Heat a skillet at medium temperature then place the pita bread on a skillet until warm (approx. 30 seconds per side) OPTIONAL: lightly brush the pita bread with oil prior to heating.
2. Heat gyro meat on skillet, medium heat for approx. 15-20 seconds per side (avoid overcooking).
3. Add gyro meat to pita, top with tzatziki sauce, fire feta sauce and feta cheese.

Microwave:

1. Wrap pita bread with a paper towel, microwave for 15-20 seconds until soft and warm.
2. Place gyro meat onto a microwave-safe dish and cover with a paper towel. Heat for approximately 3 minutes.
3. Add gyro meat to pita, top with tzatziki sauce, fire feta sauce and feta cheese.
