RECIPE: Bacon Cheeseburger Flatbread Mix 1/4 cup each French’s® Tomato Ketchup and mayonnaise and 2 tbsp. French’s® Classic Yellow Mustard in small bowl. Divide mixture in half and set aside. Brown 1 pound ground beef in large nonstick skillet; drain any excess liquid. Stir in 1/2 cup dill pickle relish, 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and half of the Ketchup mixture. Cook on medium heat until well blended and heated through. Brush 2 naan breads (from 8.8 ounces package) with about 1 tablespoon each of the remaining Ketchup mixture. Top each naan flatbread evenly with half of the ground beef, 2 tablespoons cooked and crumbled bacon and 1/2 cup additional shredded Cheddar cheese. Grill or broil 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with remaining Ketchup mixture and top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired. Cut into quarters to serve. (Makes 4 Servings.)
