Bill Bailey's Carne Asada is marinated sirloin flap meat that is very tender, juicy and tasty. The beef is marinated in a special citrus blend of onion and garlic. Cooking Instructions
Preheat grill to high heat and cook for approximately 8 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145 as measured with a food thermometer and allow to rest for a minimum of 3 minutes. Cutting against the grain will provide added tenderness. Depending on intended use, cut large pieces for asada steak, strips, or fajitas, or cube for tacos and burritos. Garnish with pico de gallo, guacamole, or salsa and enjoy!
