Preparation Instructions

Thawing: Upon removing portion from individually wrapped package, put into plastic bag and place into refrigerator for up to 24 hours or until completely thawed. Consume within two days of defrosting.

Oven: Preheat oven to 425. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Cook 8-11 minutes.

Broil: Turn oven to broil. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Cook 6-8 minutes.

Skillet: Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pat thawed fillets dry with paper towel. Place in skillet. Cook 8-10 minutes, turning once until fish flakes easily with fork.

Cook to an internal temperature of 145 or until flesh is opaque and flakes easily. Cook thoroughly before consumption.
