Vibrant and crisp palate unfolds through notes of Meyer lemon and ripe tropical fruit
Finishing with persistent acidity that carries each sip to a lengthy finish
About this item
A touch of rain during flowering gave the composition of clusters a higher skin to pulp ratio, leading to more vibrant flavors and aromas. Towards the end of summer, the temperatures dropped to a near perfect condition for the grapevines to finish out the season. Stoller's grapes were able to ripen perfectly despite an earlier harvest than they'd ever experienced, allowing the clusters to gain the beautiful flavor profiles and complexity.
