All of Daniele Del Duca's charcuterie are dry cured in the USA by third-generation artisans and crafted with quality ingredients. Ideal for creating party platters, sandwiches and antipastos, this mixture of dry cured charcuterie will please any crowd. Prosciutto is all natural and interleafed for convenience. Genoa Salame is finely ground and crafted with white wine. Hot Capocollo is made from finely marbled central cuts and seasoned with select spices. Sopressata is coarsely ground with peppercorns. For the best flavor, enjoy the charcuterie at room temperature within the first three days after opening. After opening, cover exposed areas with cellophane and keep refrigerated.
