L'Essence du Fromage New England Cheddar Cheese has a sharp but even flavor profile and texture. Southcoast Farms Wisconsin Mountain Bleu has a versatile texture that crumbles easily. L'Essence du Fromage Bouchevrette is domestically produced with goat’s milk and aged to develop a mild, sweet flavor, bloomy rind and velvety texture. Southcoast Farms New England Coulommier is made with cow's milk and cream, and cured to develop the rind and lush, buttery flavor. L'Essence du Fromage Rouge Affinee is a cow’s milk cheese rubbed with annatto for a beautiful blush exterior, subtle spice and buttery overtones. Kilchurn Estate Krystal Pure Cave Aged Cheddar Cheese is handcrafted with cow’s milk and parmigiano cheese cultures added to develop crystallization.

Jansal Valley Fennel Salami is a delicately herbal salami which showcases the aromatic flavors of anise and fennel pollen; perfect to pair with mild Bouchevrette.
