Sangria Senorial non-alcoholic sangria is made in small batches for a truly artisanal sparkling beverage. The process starts with a simple recipe and a slow fermentation process. The recipe features select wine grapes, including the same varieties that are used to make the best wine for sangria. The grapes are blended with lemon essence and sweetened with natural cane sugar. After all of the flavors are expertly combined, the grape blend is aged in oak barrels to allow the grapes to naturally ferment, using the same process in winemaking.

After the beverage has had the opportunity to ferment into its full flavor, the alcohol is painstakingly removed and blended with sparkling water. The result is a 100 percent natural sangria soda that contains no alcohol or high-fructose corn syrup.
