Jack started his pizza kitchen in the family garage and delivered the pizzas using the family car, a 1949 Plymouth with one bucket seat. Yes, times were pretty simple back then and Jack's pizza was just one of life's simple pleasures. Cooking Instructions

Oven: Preheat oven to 425° F. Place pizza directly on the oven rack in center (6-8 inches from bottom). Bake for 10-18 minutes. The pizza should be ready when the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Pizza should be cooked thoroughly to 160° F for food safety and quality

Gas Grill: P​reheat grill, setting all burners on low (maintain approximately 400º) with lid closed. Place pizza directly on grate in center of the grill. Close lid. and grill 12-18 mini\utes total. After 7 minutes, rotate ½ turn. Close the lid and continue grilling for another 5 to 8 min or until cheese is melted and lightly bubbling in the center, crust is golden brown, and product has reached 160º. These instructions are for use on gas grills only. Do not cook on charcoal grills. Note: Crust may look darker than when oven baked.
