Recipe: Cod Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 5 Member's Mark Wild Pacific Cod Loins, sautéed
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 2 ½ cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 10 corn on flour 6' tortillas, lightly warmed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place shredded lettuce in an even layer over the tortillas.
  2. Gently flake cooked Cod Loins with a fork, and place flaked pieces on top of the lettuce.
  3. Top the tortilla with about two tablespoons each of guacamole and pico de gallo. Enjoy!
