Char Siu is a delicious seasoned roasted pork made in Hawaii. It's a favorite meat to mix in with fried rice and use as a topping for noodle dishes.

Our Food Safety Plan under the FDA is fully compliant with the Food Safety Modernization Act and follows Current Good Manufacturing Practices, Preventive Controls for Human Foods, and Hazard Analysis (HACCP) standards.
