Cooking Instructions:

Prep: Allow salmon portions to thaw thoroughly in refrigerator for 8-10 hours.

Grill: preheat grill to medium high. Remove thawed portions from packaging. Season to taste and rub with cooking oil. Place on grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove from packaging and place thawed salmon on aluminum foil on an oven safe baking dish, season to taste. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
