Yes, there's a croissant recipe sheet inside of the package. Before you start baking these mini croissants, make sure you mist them with fresh water. The croissant recipe requires that the mini croissants undergo about a 20-second steaming process at the start of the baking cycle. Once you've misted the croissant dough with water, put them in the oven and bake them at 360°F for around 17 to 20 minutes. You'll know the mini croissants are ready when they are coated in a golden-brown color.
