About this item
Dos Equis was originally launched in 1897 and called "Siglo XX" in honor of the 20th century. But consumers asked for it as Dos Equis, or "2 Xs," and the brewery soon changed the beer's name to match the bar call. Dos Equis Lager Especial is currently the fastest growing import beer in the USA.
