Versatile, Delicious Boneless Pork Loin

Boneless Pork Loin is cut from the animal's back and goes by many other names such as center-cut pork roast, center-cut pork loin roast, pork center loin roast, pork center-cut rib roast, pork loin center cut, pork loin center rib roast, pork loin roast center cut and pork loin rib half.

Is Bone-in or Boneless Pork Loin the Better Choice?

Pork loin can be butchered and sold bone-in or boneless. Loins with the backbones removed and the ribs trimmed of meat (or "Frenched") are sometimes called pork racks, and if the pork rack is tied into a circle, you get a crown roast of pork. Boneless Pork Loin makes it easy to cook, cut and serve this protein as appetizing medallions or cube it up for dishes like stir-fries.

How Can I Cook Boneless Pork Loin?

Boneless Pork Loin is a fairly lean, mildly flavored meat that's tender if cooked properly. Feel free to marinate the entire loin in tenderizing spices before cooking. This large quantity of meat is perfect for large gatherings like a family reunion or barbecue. You can also buy and freeze these loins and feel secure knowing you have enough meat in the freezer for several family meals. Boneless pork loin is best grilled over moderate heat or seared and then slow roasted in the oven. It's important to be careful not to overcook pork loin, cook just until it reaches the recommended internal temperature to preserve it's juicy texture and flavor. They do not need to be cooked whole and can be butterflied or cubed to use in dishes like stir fries or breakfast burrito filling. Prepare pork dishes ahead of time for a week's worth of meals or cook way ahead and store them in the freezer.
