This Chardonnay allows you to experience exceptionally lush, fruit-forward character balanced with crisp, lively acidity. The wine’s aromas and flavors speak to the cool, marine winds and clay loam soils of the Los Carneros region in their layers of ripe pear, peach, honey and spiced, baked apple. Complementing both time and place is winemaker Domenica Totty’s gentle handcrafting, including fermenting and sur lie aging the wine in French oak barrels to meld crème brûlée, vanilla and toasty oak nuances with the rich Chardonnay character.
