About this item
Bell's Amber has a toasty, balanced taste. It's a great food beer. Most cooking processes (grilling, broiling, sauteing and deep frying) create caramelized flavors that pair extremely well with amber ales. Try this with chicken, seafood, burgers, Jambalaya and spicy cuisine.
For dessert, it goes well with poached pears with dulce de leche, banana pound cake or pecan lace cookies. Port Salut, Spanish blue and three-year-old Grafton cheeses are also a nice complement. Looking for a perfect beer to serve during a holiday dinner? Amber Ale goes really well with turkey and stuffing.
