Bakers & Chefs' 8" Non-Coated Restaurant Fry Pan is constructed with a heavy-gauge aluminum alloy (3.6mm.) The interior and exterior is a commercial, satin brushed natural aluminum. The heavy-gauge stainless steel handle is attached with 3 heavy-duty solid alloy rivets and has a removable silicone rubber sleeve.
