With the Continental ContiCrossContact Winter tire, even the harshest cold-weather conditions will seem like a winter playground. This LT performance winter tire is designed to withstand the weight of heavy 4x4 vehicles. It uses an innovative silica compound that's perfectly suited to winter traction and braking. Large, stiff tread blocks on the outside shoulder use self-stiffening curved sipes to ensure directional control at highway speeds. Smaller, more flexible blocks in the center of the tread and on the inner shoulder feature biting-edge sipes to enhance grip on snow and ice. Flow-optimized shoulder patterns and wide circumferential grooves maximize wet road traction and resist hydroplaning.
