Sweet and Tangy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs (or boneless skinless chicken breast)
  • 1/2 cup Budweiser® Sweet and Tangy Marinade

Directions

  1. Place chicken in resealable plastic bag or glass dish.
  2. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for basting; set aside.
  3. Add remaining marinade to bag with chicken, turning to coat well.
  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
  6. Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked thoroughly (internal temperature of 165 F), basting with reserved marinade.
