Air Fryer French Fries

Crisp, seasoned and so ready for dipping. Soaking these better-for-you fries helps pull out the starch, for crunch on the outside and fluffy texture on the inside.
Ingredients
- 3 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch sticks
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
- 2–3 Tbsp. olive oil
- cooking spray
Directions
- Place potatoes in a bowl and cover with cold water. Soak for at least 30 minutes. Drain and dry the potatoes.
- Mix the cornstarch and ranch seasoning together. In a large bowl, drizzle the potatoes with enough olive oil to coat and sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Toss to evenly distribute seasoning.
- Heat the air fryer to 375°F. Add fries to the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, pausing to toss the fries every 5 minutes.
- In the last 5 minutes, turn the temperature up to 400°F and cook until brown and crisp.
- Serve them up with your favorite sauce!
